Job Description

  • Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (Earn more based on shift!)

  • Location: Refreshment Lane, Cleveland, TN (On-site)

  • Schedule: Full-Time, 12-hour shifts. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!

    • Day Shift: Mon-Wed or Thu-Sat (6am-6pm)

    • Night Shift: Sun-Tue or Wed-Fri (6pm-6am)

  • Requirements: 18+ years old, able to lift 35lbs, pass drug screen/background check.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) As our Janitor / Utility Technician, you are the backbone of the warehouse. You will act as a Facility Cleaner and Utility Tech to ensure the site is safe and organized.

  • Use a scan gun to identify product locations and keep pick slots clean.

  • Operate a Floor Scrubber Machine and Electric Pallet Jack to maintain aisles.

  • Remove debris (paper, plastic, cardboard) and handle dry/wet spills.

  • Perform detailed cleaning like de-webbing racking, dusting structural beams, and cleaning vents.

  • Maintain the organization of the damage desk and repackaging areas.

What You Bring To The Team

  • A strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35lbs for a 12-hour shift.

  • Experience with electric pallet jacks is a plus (we will train!).

  • A focus on safety and attention to detail.
