Furniture Store Manager (Johnson City)

We are a multi-business, multi location LLC coming to Johnson City. We are looking for a take charge manager with wholesale/retail furniture or appliance experience who is not afraid to take on the challenge of assisting with the startup and management of unique stores. Our stores feature new, scratch and dent and customer return merchandise from brand names companies that we sell at a steep discount.
 
 Duties will consist of assisting with the startup, setup and inventory of the new location. Also responsible for interviewing, hiring and training a small staff as well as limited marketing and ad placement. Social media marketing is a definite plus. Casual environment, low hours for a management position and the ability to grow quickly within our system. We offer a great compensation plan that once up and running is based on generated revenue. Our current managers earn 60K and up (based on performance). Paid vacation and holiday time off.
 
 We are looking only for self-motivated fast paced individuals. Direct experience in the furniture, appliance or closely related field along with ability to lead a team is required. Other store related duties will be included.
