We are currently looking for a Full Time Gaming Compliance Specialist to join our WS Gaming and BSA Compliance team located at the WinStar World Casino and Resort working 8:30AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.
Summary:
Performs a full range of duties in the Tax Compliance office. Acts as partner representative to Electronic Games department to assist in various Compliance mandated activities. Assist with the daily audits required to ensure the facility remains compliant. Exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive the patron’s information within the Everi Compliance system and patron paperwork.
Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types

- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics

* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Acts as independent verifier of electronic games maintenance and audit functions including seal breaks, floor inventory reporting, recording of data/power ports, and wide area Progressive readings
* Acts as independent observer/verifier for electronic games inventory records for ACSC equipment, Aries game hardware, locks, ACSC switches, and PM tech cleaning supplies
* Conducts scope audits for all gaming departments as directed by management in furtherance of efforts to eliminate repeat findings from Internal Audit, CNDC Compliance, CNOGC, or other regulatory bodies
* Conducts field audits for BSA/AML high risk gaming behavior. Conducts surveillance observations of BSA/AML high risk gaming behavior
* Monitors BSA/OFAC forms being used in various areas of the casino for consistency and usage of approved forms.
* Conducts BSA/AML program policy audits in various areas of the casino to ensure proper understanding of the regulations
* Conducts surveillance observations of all gaming compliance activity. Collects and audits jackpots.
* Interprets the meaning of minimum and tribal internal control standards internal/external customers to apply in layman’s terms acceptable solutions when presented with process issues that maintain regulatory compliance with standards laid out in SOP, Internal Processes, IRS guidelines or other regulatory standards.
