Responsibilities and Duties:

• Basic cleaning duties include but are not limited to:
• Cleaning restrooms
• Trash removal
• General cleaning
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Disinfecting tables and phones
• High and low dusting

Requirements

• Background check (required)
• Must be eligible to obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
• Provide reliable transportation (required)
• Proven experience in janitorial roles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds
• Comfortable with stairs
• Ability to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties.
