Job Description

  • If you’re the kind of person who can fix it, build it, organize it, and figure it out—we want to talk to you!

At WOW, this role is our “Swiss Army Knife”, someone who thrives on variety, tackles different tasks daily, and keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

    Why this role matters:

This position supports day-to-day operations across the yard and shop—everything from maintenance and repairs to inventory and equipment support. You’re the person who jumps in where needed and helps keep things moving.

No two days look the same, and that’s exactly the point.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Pitch in with maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting)
    • Help with fabrication and equipment work (welding, torch cutting, bending metal)
    • Support inventory control and organization—keeping parts and equipment where they belong
    • Pick up parts / run errands as needed (valid driver’s license required)
    • Assist with basic vehicle maintenance
    • Operate equipment like forklifts, lifts, and tractors
    • Jump between tasks based on what the day calls for—this role is all about flexibility

    What we’re looking for:

We’re not looking for someone who only does one thing, we’re looking for someone who can do a little bit of everything.

You might be a great fit if you:

    • Prefer variety over doing the same task every day
    • Have a “figure it out / get it done” mindset
    • Are comfortable switching gears quickly
    • Take pride in keeping things running smoothly
    • Are comfortable outdoors or inside the office

    • Experience with welding, fabrication, or power tools
    • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or carpentry work
    • Mechanical aptitude (vehicles, equipment, trailers, etc.)
    • Ability to organize inventory and track parts
    • Comfort using computers or systems for tracking, communication, or reporting (big plus)
    • Strong communication and a “can-do” attitude

    Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus, but not required)
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs
    • High school diploma or GED preferred

    What you can expect:

    • A role where you won’t be stuck doing the same thing every day
    • Hands-on work that makes an impact
    • A team that values people who step up and jump in

If you’re someone who likes to stay busy, solve problems, and wear a lot of hats—this role was built for you.
