Job Summary
Under direction of Maintenance and Operations Supervisor, to perform skilled and semi-skilled duties in the alteration, repair, maintenance, and occasional new construction of structures and equipment, and to perform other duties as required.

* Custodial Certificate desired but not required
* The possession of a valid trade certificate in any of the following: Carpenter, Electrician, Heavy equipment operator, Painter, Plumber, HVAC installer, Machinist, Locksmith or other trades not listed

40 hours hours per week, Monday through Friday,7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Participates in PERS Retirement Plan; benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance.
