The successful candidate will have a strong background in GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED), collection management, multi-source intelligence integration, and collaboration across the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
Primary Responsibilities
- Support GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) operations for mission-critical intelligence requirements.
- Develop and improve GEOINT source throughput strategies supporting real-time and activity-based intelligence collection.
- Manage and analyze large multi-source datasets to improve collection effectiveness and operational performance.
- Assess collection metrics and evaluate model output confidence, reliability, and mission effectiveness.
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop automated GEOINT collection strategies and improve analytic workflows.
- Apply knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead sensors to maximize collection capabilities.
- Utilize inferencing methodologies to derive insights from temporal and spatial datasets.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple geographically separated program locations.
- Work within National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) collection management processes and Intelligence Community collaborative environments.
- Build and sustain mission relationships across NGA, the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and National Reconnaissance Office stakeholders.
- Synchronize mission requirements to eliminate collection redundancies, identify conflicts, and establish collection priorities across traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources.
- Lead integration activities supporting the transition of new or modified National collection capabilities into operational environments.
- Coordinate with mission partners to improve GEOINT collection performance and support future intelligence architecture initiatives.
- Support continuous process improvement efforts that enhance mission effectiveness and operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED), including real-time and activity-based collection.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large multi-source datasets, conducting sensemaking, assessing model confidence and reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and collaborating with data scientists.
- Knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead GEOINT sensors and collection capabilities.
- Experience utilizing automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies involving temporal and spatial datasets.
- Experience working in program management environments supporting geographically dispersed client locations.
- Knowledge of National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) focus areas, GEOINT collection management structures, and Intelligence Community collaborative tools supporting GEOINT collection, production, and visualization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop mission partnerships across NGA, the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and National Reconnaissance Office organizations.
- Experience synchronizing mission requirements, resolving collection conflicts, and establishing tasking priorities across multiple GEOINT sources.
- Experience leading operational integration of new or enhanced National collection capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a current Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates possessing one or more of the following qualifications will receive additional consideration:
- Experience developing learning objectives from intelligence capabilities and operational workflows.
- Experience reviewing and providing feedback for GEOINT training materials.
- GPC-F Certification.
- Experience utilizing GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and supporting NSG collection management processes.
- Experience researching, evaluating, and documenting traditional and non-traditional National Technical Means (NTM) sensor capabilities.
- Operational experience working with vector data.
- Experience supporting GEOINT modernization, mission integration, or collection optimization initiatives.
Clearance Requirements
Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a security investigation and must be able to maintain eligibility for access to classified information.
