As anĀ Account Manager, you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations as well as mid-sized companies in both theĀ private and public sectorsĀ šš¢
You will work closely withĀ CEOs, Board members, and management teamsĀ to develop and grow strategic client relationships š¤
Acting as a trueĀ product expert, you will be theĀ voice of the customerĀ internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams š¤š”

š¤ Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients
š Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention
š Identify and act onĀ upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesĀ to achieve targets
š§ Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions
š MonitorĀ KPIsĀ related to business cases and product usage

š¤Ā Profile Required
š Bachelorās degree (minimum) withĀ at least 5 years of relevant experience
š FluentĀ Arabic / English bilingual
š§ Ability to developĀ long-term strategic plansĀ for customers
š£ļø ExcellentĀ presentation and communicationĀ skills
šļø Strong ability to manageĀ all aspects of a project
š Comfortable working in anĀ international, multicultural environment
š Strong desire to learn and become aĀ functional expertĀ on multiple software products
