As a Global Real Estate Delivery - Design & Construction - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace environments that support the needs of PwC's diverse and rapidly growing global workforce. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on managing physical assets and properties, driving strategic advice and solutions for clients in the real estate industry. Your work will involve overseeing property acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and development projects, all aimed at optimizing property portfolios and maximizing returns.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and experience to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence. You will interact with key stakeholders at various levels, driving project success and contributing to global real estate initiatives. Your role will involve guiding multidisciplinary teams, confirming compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and resolving critical issues. You will be responsible for delivering large-scale commercial projects on time, within scope, and budget, emphasizing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing the operational infrastructure that supports our people and clients. You will focus on strategic planning, space utilization, cross-functional collaboration, and sustainability initiatives, all while driving cost efficiency and continuous improvement across projects.

Responsibilities

- Leading end-to-end design management for large-scale commercial projects, confirming alignment with company objectives and standards
- Overseeing project planning, execution, budgeting, procurement, and contract management to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders, to facilitate seamless project execution
- Validating compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all project activities
- Monitoring project performance using KPIs, progress reports, and dashboards, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes
- Managing the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, focusing on operational excellence and client satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, confirming efficient resource allocation and milestone achievement
- Driving cost optimization and continuous improvement across projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyzing and optimizing space utilization in partnership with space and occupancy teams to meet evolving company needs
- Implementing innovative technologies and solutions to improve workplace efficiency and effectiveness
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, including contractors and suppliers, to support project delivery
- Providing regular updates to leadership on operations, risks, and potential strategic opportunities
- Leading and managing a team of vendor partners across assigned portfolios in design and delivery operations

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Interior Architecture or Interior Design
- At least one of the following: CoreNet MCR
- Demonstrating proficiency in 3D Visualization and Architectural Design
- Utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for innovative project solutions
- Excelling in Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) applications
- Leading large-scale commercial projects with strategic planning skills
