The Graduate Assistant for softball works under the supervision of the Head Softball Coach and is responsible for supporting all aspects of the softball program. S/He will assist in organizing and leading practices, managing travel logistics, and helping with team scheduling. The Graduate Assistant will also provide support in recruiting student-athletes, coordinating game day operations, and ensuring team compliance with academic and athletic standards. The Graduate Assistant will collaborate closely with coaching staff, athletic administration, and student-athletes, while adhering to college policies and procedures. This part-time position, located on the Columbus Campus, will assist with other duties on campus which may include housing, admissions, and/or game day operations. Will perform duties and responsibilities under college policies and procedures.
