Receptionist 

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Service Greeter to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our dealership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and skilled at managing front desk responsibilities while keeping daily operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a customer-facing role and enjoy creating a well-organized, positive workplace, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities 

• Answer dealership group phones 

• Greet and receive prospects and customers 

• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson 

• Work cooperatively with the sales team; communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner 

• Move vehicles off of the service drive. 

• Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments 

Requirements

• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility 

• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
