Job Summary:

The Groundskeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the property at The Quin. The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of all common areas of the property including but not limited to interior hallways, exterior grounds, parking lot, pool area, trash compactors/ dumpsters. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for adhering to safety protocols while using equipment and tools, ensuring a safe environment for everyone. Ultimately, the Groundskeeper's efforts will enhance the property's value and create a welcoming atmosphere for the community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance of common areas, including carpet cleaning, replacing light bulbs, trash collection.
• Minor landscaping, leaf blowing, power washing and snow removal.
• Ensure trash and recycling areas are clean and organized. 
• Clean community pool, pool area/grills and other outdoor spaces. 
• Address minor repair requests and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed. 
• Monitor the property for safety hazards and report any issues to the Lead Maintenance.

Requirements:

• Work rotating weekends. 
• Previous experience in property maintenance, grounds keeping, or a related field.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
