As a Guidewire PC Configuration Developer - Sr. Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will engage with clients in the Financial Services industry, specifically within the Insurance sector, to configure and customize Guidewire applications, enhancing their business processes and efficiency. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and business outcomes, making this a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about technology and client service.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and deliver quality solutions. You will build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, guiding and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities

- Configuring Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter to meet client requirements
- Developing and integrating Guidewire PolicyCenter software solutions within insurance sector projects
- Collaborating with technology consulting teams to enhance system development methodologies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize software development processes and improve client support
- Embracing change and intellectual curiosity to drive innovation in Guidewire configurations
- Applying software development skills to create scalable and efficient solutions for financial services clients
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to refine project deliverables
- Promoting teamwork and inclusion to foster a collaborative work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
