What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate off-road haul trucks to move dirt, aggregates, and materials on job sites
- Support mass excavation, grading, and site development operations
- Follow designated haul routes and maintain safe, efficient cycles
- Safely load and dump materials, including positioning under loaders and excavators
- Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections
- Communicate with operators and spotters using hand signals and radios
- Monitor equipment condition and report any mechanical issues
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and uneven terrain
- Follow all company safety standards, site rules, and OSHA requirements
- Support the crew in keeping production moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating off-road haul trucks in heavy civil or site development (required)
- Strong understanding of haul routes, dumping procedures, and jobsite safety
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple states as needed
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required for off-road trucks)
- Able to pass pre-employment screening (drug screen and background check)
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and active job sites
