What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate off-road haul trucks to move dirt, aggregates, and materials on job sites
• Support mass excavation, grading, and site development operations
• Follow designated haul routes and maintain safe, efficient cycles
• Safely load and dump materials, including positioning under loaders and excavators
• Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections
• Communicate with operators and spotters using hand signals and radios
• Monitor equipment condition and report any mechanical issues
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and uneven terrain
• Follow all company safety standards, site rules, and OSHA requirements
• Support the crew in keeping production moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating off-road haul trucks in heavy civil or site development (required)
• Strong understanding of haul routes, dumping procedures, and jobsite safety
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple states as needed
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required for off-road trucks)
• Able to pass pre-employment screening (drug screen and background check)
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and active job sites
