Head of Americas
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Reports To: Global CEO
We are seeking a transformational business leader to serve as Head of Americas, responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across North and South America. This executive will lead the regional strategy and execution for company-owned and franchised markets, overseeing Operations, Marketing, Development, Finance, Supply Chain, People, and Digital functions.
As the senior leader for the region, you will partner closely with global leadership, franchise partners, and key stakeholders to scale the business, strengthen brand performance, and build a high-performing organization.
What You'll Do- Own regional P&L performance, delivering revenue, profit, and growth objectives.
- Develop and execute the Americas growth strategy aligned with global priorities.
- Drive operational excellence, guest experience, food quality, and service standards.
- Lead market expansion through site selection, development, and successful restaurant openings.
- Strengthen franchise partnerships and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Accelerate sales through marketing, digital, delivery, and omni-channel initiatives.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and succession pipeline.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of senior executive leadership experience with full P&L accountability (President, COO, Business Unit Head, Regional GM, or similar).
- Proven success leading large, cross-functional teams in a high-volume consumer business environment (restaurants, QSR, retail, or hospitality).
- Demonstrated experience scaling businesses through new unit development, site selection, and expansion.
- Strong understanding of franchising, restaurant development, and omni-channel business models.
- Exceptional financial, operational, and strategic leadership skills.
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in global or multi-country operations.
- Background in Asian or Chinese cuisine brands.
- Experience partnering with franchisees, joint ventures, or multi-unit operators.
