Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Head of Ecosystem Partnerships who is strategic, collaborative, and impact-driven to join our Immunology Patient Value Unit (PVU) in our Atlanta, GA headquarters.


 


About the role


As a senior leader, you will define and execute a national ecosystem strategy across Immunology, aligning portfolio priorities with broader business objectives. You will translate enterprise strategy into regional execution, driving measurable impact across key customer segments and care delivery models.


You will play a pivotal role in shaping business performance, improving patient access, and strengthening positioning within complex healthcare ecosystems.


 


Who you’ll work with


You will partner closely with cross-functional teams from Marketing, Market Access, Medical, and Field, as well as senior leadership within the Immunology PVU. 


Externally, you will engage with:



  • Executive leaders across healthcare systems and networks

  • Payer and formulary decision-makers

  • Key stakeholders across healthcare ecosystems, including KOLs and thought leaders 

  • You will also lead and develop a high-performing team of strategic marketers, field leaders, and ecosystem partners.


 


What you’ll do



  • Define and lead enterprise ecosystem strategy aligned to portfolio priorities

  • Translate national strategy into scalable regional execution plans

  • Drive measurable outcomes across product performance, access, and care barriers

  • Identify and advance market-shaping opportunities and partnerships

  • Build strategic relationships with the healthcare system and payer leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams, including direct and indirect reports


 


Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills


Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Minimum 5 years of managing/leading teams

  • Must be able to travel approximately 25–50% of the time, including occasional weekends


 


Preferred Qualifications



  • Master’s degree preferred

  • Experience in Dermatology and/or Rheumatology

  • Proven experience in strategy development and execution

  • Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes

  • Experience in marketing strategy and tactical execution

  • Track record of driving portfolio-level or enterprise impact

  • Strong executive presence with C-suite engagement experience


 


This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $236k-$310k per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
