Job Description

Professional with 25+
years of experience and exposure on Quality Management, including Customer Quality, Quality Assurance, Quality Control & STA in Automotive Supply Chain (OEM / Tier 1) 

 

Responsible for
Quality Management strategy deployment across site

 

Responsible &
accountable for quality management functional deliverables, including those of
Quality Planning, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Customer Quality & STA

 

Responsible for
effective Customer Interface function including A-CSR (Proactive) and Customer
complaints & concerns (Reactive)

 

Responsible for
monitoring the Automotive Audit Approach including Product, Process and System
audits, LPA, VDA 6.3 and PPAP audit

 

Responsible for
Quality Assurance metric, including COPQ and Customer Score cards on Q
Parameters

 

Responsible for
driving Quality culture across site, including Improvement Projects (QCC, SGA, Kaizen)

 

Supporting the third
party / Customer / Certifying Body audits 

 

Responsible for
monitoring the KPIs of functional resources 

 

Responsible for
Training Need Identification (TNI) of functional resources

 

 







Requirements


Academics: BE or B Tech

                    MBA Quality Management or MBA Project
Management (preferred) 

 

 

Work experience:

 

25+ Years in Automotive OEM and
/ or Tier 1 Automotive Supply Chain


Directly interacted with Automotive OEMs

 

Knowledge:

 

Quality Management including Quality Planning, Quality Control, Quality Assurance

Customer Quality (Automotive OEMs)


Supplier Quality Management

QMS - ISO 9001:2015: Internal / Lead Auditor
