Position Overview

Blue Chip Pros is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support operations from one of our customer’s headquarters locations.
 
This is a stationary, on-site position requiring 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, at a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.
 
Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Track, manage, and update project-related information and reporting.
  • Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and project tracking tools.
  • Navigate multiple systems and software platforms to monitor project status and operational performance.
  • Work closely with both Blue Chip Pros leadership and customer representatives to ensure accurate communication and timely follow-up.
  • Assist with administrative support functions related to project management, service delivery, and operational reporting.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, field personnel, and customer contacts.
 
Qualifications
 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data management, sorting, filtering, and reporting functions.
  • Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous administrative, project coordination, or office support experience preferred.
 
Position Requirements
 
  • On-site attendance required Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and project documentation.
 
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, project tracking, administrative support, and working closely with both customers and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
