HEADQUARTERS ADMINSTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Position Overview
- Track, manage, and update project-related information and reporting.
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and project tracking tools.
- Navigate multiple systems and software platforms to monitor project status and operational performance.
- Work closely with both Blue Chip Pros leadership and customer representatives to ensure accurate communication and timely follow-up.
- Assist with administrative support functions related to project management, service delivery, and operational reporting.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, field personnel, and customer contacts.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data management, sorting, filtering, and reporting functions.
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.
- Previous administrative, project coordination, or office support experience preferred.
- On-site attendance required Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and project documentation.
