Our Rochester branch needs a Heavy Equipment and Customer Repair Coordinator.
In this position the candidate will assist our customers by:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Responding to customer service inquires and issues in a timely manner.
- Knowing our products inside and out to answer customer questions.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting customer service activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Knowledge of construction equipment is preferred.
