Our Rochester branch needs a Heavy Equipment and Customer Repair Coordinator

In this position the candidate will assist our customers by: 

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude 
  • Responding to customer service inquires and issues in a timely manner.
  • Knowing our products inside and out to answer customer questions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting customer service activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Knowledge of construction equipment is preferred.
