Ensures the educational development of students, the professional development of teachers and a strong relationship between the school, district and community |
|

by implementing policies, curriculum plans and programs, developing procedures, providing a safe and healthy environment conducive to learning. |

assisting in the implementation of instructional programs, observing classroom instruction, and evaluating instructional program. |

establishing and maintaining an effective and safe learning climate in the school, developing and enforcing rules of conduct; resolving teacher/parent/student conflicts. |

Assists in maintaining high quality staff |

assisting in the recruitment, selection, orientation and coaching of teachers; assisting in the evaluation and counseling of staff members regarding individual and group performances. |

Ensures community support |
