BRECKSVILLE-BROADVIEW HEIGHTS CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT TEACHING VACANCY


 


POSITION: Mathematics Teacher Substitute


LOCATION: Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School


EFFECTIVE: August 1, 2026, through November 1, 2026


 



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher 

  • Current Ohio Certification-Integrated Mathematics 7-12

  • Current BCI and FBI Criminal Record Check in Accordance with ORC 3319.391 


 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Ability to work effectively with others         

  • Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing 

  • Effective, active listening skills         

  • Organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer skills and keyboarding skills

  • Patience and understanding

  • Ability to effectively complete the Job Description Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prior Teaching Experience Preferred but NOT Required


 


SalaryThe starting salary will depend on the candidate's experience and training.
