Job Description

Twin Falls Subaru is hiring a High-Volume Service Advisor for our express lane - and this is the seat where great service and a serious paycheck come from the same place: moving a lot of cars through the drive while treating every single customer like they're the only one in the building.

The job is taking care of people, fast. Oil changes, rotations, multi-points, recalls - the maintenance that keeps a Subaru running past 200,000 miles. You'll see more customers in a day than most advisors see in three. Do right by every one of them and two things climb together: your CSI and your pay.

That's the part worth saying plainly. This pay plan is built to reward volume. The more quality ROs you write, the more you make - on an increasing scale, uncapped. Our busiest advisors don't dread a full lane. They love it, because a full lane is a full paycheck.

This isn't a seat for someone who wants a quiet day. The express drive moves, and it doesn't slow down for paperwork or a bad mood. If you're fast, accurate, and you get a little charge out of keeping a packed lane flowing without making a single customer feel rushed - keep reading.

What You'd Actually Be Doing

A typical day looks like this:

  • Running the express drive: greeting a steady stream of customers, writing fast, accurate repair orders that techs can work from without confusion
  • Selling the maintenance menu honestly - the services that genuinely keep the car healthy, not padding to hit a number
  • Turning multi-points into quick, clear conversations: what's urgent, what can wait, what it costs
  • Keeping the lane moving. No bottlenecks, no cars buried, customers in and back out on schedule
  • Following up on declined work and turning "not today" into the next appointment
  • Hitting your car-count, hours-per-RO, and CSI targets at the same time - because at this volume, they rise and fall together

You'll work alongside our Service Manager, parts team, and technicians

The Pay
This is the lucrative one. Strong base salary plus commission that scales with your volume - the more quality ROs you write, the higher your per-RO payout climbs.  Uncapped earning potential. We'll walk you through the full plan in the interview, with real numbers.

  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Health and dental insurance (medical 100% covered for the employee)
  • Subaru service advisor certification and ongoing manufacturer training
  • Monetary assistance toward any vehicle you lease through our dealerships with generous trade-in benefits
  • Great discounts when purchasing or leasing a new car through our local stores

Who We're Looking For
This is a job for someone who runs hot and stays cool & accurate. You should know how a busy service drive actually works, how to write fast without writing sloppy, and how to keep customer number thirty-five feeling like customer number one. Speed is the skill, but honesty is the standard - at this volume, a corner cut is a corner everyone sees.

Backgrounds that tend to do well here:

  • Express or quick-lane service advisors from high-volume stores
  • Import advisors (Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, etc.) used to a packed drive
  • Quick-lube or maintenance-shop leads ready to step up to a dealership pay plan
  • Advisors who've been stuck at a slow store and want their hustle to actually pay

Beyond the speed, you'll need to:

  • Communicate clearly and honestly, especially when the news isn't great
  • Stay organized under real volume. The drive doesn't pause for paperwork.
  • Hold the line on integrity. We don't upsell what doesn't need fixing, we advise on actual areas of concern, and our techs trust us not to put them in a bad spot.
  • Carry a valid driver's license with a clean record
