Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Care Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our home care division. This role is responsible for managing client services, supervising caregivers and staff, ensuring quality care, and assisting with employee recruitment and retention.

The ideal candidate is a strong people manager who enjoys working with clients and employees, solving problems, and helping teams succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily home care operations and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Support caregiver and staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and retaining caregivers.
  • Address client and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and help maintain high retention rates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and home care regulations.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and support agency growth.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in home care, healthcare, senior care, staffing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing employees and client relationships.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office.
