Nielson Construction is looking for a motivated and personable Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll guide prospective buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives, connecting them with properties that match their needs, lifestyle, and budget. An active real estate license is required for this role. This is a full-time role with some evening and weekend availability required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Guide buyers through the full home purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and buyer communication within CRM systems
  • Support open houses, model home coverage, and community events
  • Collaborate with lenders, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain accurate sales records, purchase agreements, and pipeline updates
  • Represent Nielson at marketing events including Parade of Homes and community initiatives
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Sales, customer service, or relationship based experience is preferred
  • Active real estate license is required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • A valid driver license is required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Reliable follow-up habits and a self-motivated work ethic
