Host

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team at our Bowling Green location. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials or promotions.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and waitlists.
