Hot Line Cook – Tsunami Sushi @ Highland Baton Rouge
Tsunami Sushi, a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a passionate and dedicated Hot Line Cook to join our team. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, have an eye for detail, and are eager to work alongside a talented team in creating exceptional dishes, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain hot line equipment with care and attention to detail.
- Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain seamless service during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Assist with inventory management, prep, and restocking as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook or line cook preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
