🚀 Ready to Level Up? We’re Hiring a Janitorial Shift Supervisor! 🚀

 

🕒 The Details:

  • Title: Shift Supervisor 
  • Pay: $17.00 an hr. 

  • Location: Charlotte, NC 28134

  • Shift: Monday- Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Night Owls, rejoice! 🦉)

  • Type: Working Supervisor (Leading by example, right alongside your team!)

🌟 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Supervise the team, coordinate special tasks, and partner with the Manager to ensure our quality is always top-notch.

  • Get Hands-On: Handle general cleaning duties (dusting, restrooms, vacuuming, pulling trash) and tackle floor care.

  • Stay Active: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.

💼 What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of industry experience with a solid understanding of floor care.

  • Strong communication and people management skills.

  • A valid NC driver’s license.
