Location: Hurricane, Utah and Price, Utah.
Our research team is hiring part-time community-based research assistants to conduct direct observation data collection for the Building Healthy Families program. This is a part-time, hourly position that will require training and weekly attendance at program sessions for 5-10 hours per week, with a combination of daytime and evening hours. The required training and weekly meetings with the research team will be virtual and are paid. Data collection requires attendance at the weekly BHF sessions on the day and at the time your community is offering the program. The successful candidate will support direct observation data collection and reporting for the Building Healthy Families program being provided by your local community. The position requires the ability to work effectively as part of a large interdisciplinary team, evening hours starting September 2026, reliable transportation, and completion of the necessary training.
Experience: ≤ 2 years in health, health education, nursing, or a related field Technical Skills: Comfortable using MS Office & Zoom; reliable transportation required
Compliance: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and may be subject to a background check
Availability: weekly commitment from September 2026 – January 2027, followed by ~1 week per month through September 2027. Day and evening availability required.
