We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is recruiting and talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the hiring process, and supporting onboarding activities. In addition, this position provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department and assists with employee records, and employee programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day recruiting efforts for open positions across the organization.
- Source, screen, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records.
- Assist with onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure HRIS records are accurate and up to date.
- Respond to employee inquiries through the HR Help Desk.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and company events.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting recruiting and human resources functions in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with ADP Workforce Now and Plex Manufacturing Cloud is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating HRIS, and applicant tracking systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related administrative role.
