Position Summary
US Tool Group is seeking a motivated and people-oriented Human Resources Coordinator/Administrator with significant focus on Organizational Development to support employee growth, engagement, performance, and talent development initiatives across the organization. This role will partner with leadership to help create a positive workplace culture while coordinating training schedules, employee development efforts, leadership and team training, design initiatives and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping employees and teams reach their full potential. The ability to create and write curriculum, be comfortable leading meetings and facilitating training sessions with all levels up to leadership team.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and administration of employee training and professional development programs.
- Track training completion, certifications, and employee development activities and planning.
- Assist in identifying organizational development opportunities through employee feedback, surveys, and workforce data.
- Maintain training records and organizational development documentation.
- Create and distribute internal communications related to training, development, and employee programs.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Assist with HR projects focused on culture, employee retention, and continuous improvement.
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources, Training, Organizational Development, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS systems; Paycom experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
