Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources within the Construction, Real Estate Development, or Property Development sectors in the UAE.

This role requires a proactive HR professional who can lead HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while supporting a fast-paced and expanding business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR functions across the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Partner with department heads to identify workforce planning requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and HR records.
  • Support organizational development and training programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management presentations.
  • Drive a positive workplace culture and employee retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE HR experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Construction, Real Estate Development, or Property Development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Experience handling both white-collar and blue-collar workforce populations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Currently based in the UAE.
