  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Help maintain compliance with employment laws, policies, and internal procedures
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on HR projects, reporting, and process improvements
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication

Administrative Assistant

  • Be the primary point of contact for employees for basic questions in person, over email, and through a small number of department calls
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-ups on key initiatives
  • Support occasional event planning or internal meetings

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS experience a plus

What We’re Looking For

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Approximately 3 days per week (with some flexibility on which days)
  • Potential for occasional schedule adjustments based on business needs
  • Potential pathway to full-time employment as the role and organization grow
