Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across multiple areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Handle chemical agents safely for cleaning and floor maintenance tasks, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct manual handling of cleaning equipment and supplies, including lifting heavy items such as furniture or cleaning carts.
  • Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety checks, and supply inventories to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles in vacation rental settings.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, environmental services practices, and the safe handling of chemical agents.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Familiarity with floor care procedures, including floor/grout restoration
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Prior experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and environmental regulations related to custodial services.
