San Bernardino County, Human Resources Department, seeks to fill a Human Resources Analyst II (HRA II) vacancy within the Classification/Compensation unit. The incumbent will lead a team of analysts and support staff involved in conducting classification, compensation, and organizational studies to maintain the County's position classification system.
- Assigning and reviewing the work of Human Resources Analysts I and other support staff; assisting with the selection, training, and development of staff; and leading, planning, and coordinating the team's work assignments.
- Interpreting division policies and procedures to facilitate responding to or handling the most complex and sensitive requests or issues that may arise.
- Developing, managing, and evaluating human resources services and programs; leading projects with specialized focus areas.
Position Duties
Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field.
