Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Personnel Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including employee records management and documentation filing
- Coordinate internal communications and handle routine correspondence
- Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes
2. Employee Attendance Management
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records in the HR system
- Monitor daily attendance, including leave, tardiness, and absence tracking
- Calculate overtime hours in accordance with company policy and local labor regulations
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing and management review
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
3. Company Activities & Event Support
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate logistics such as venue arrangements, materials preparation, and internal communications
- Support cross-functional teams in organizing corporate initiatives and programs
4. General Support & Ad Hoc Duties
- Perform various administrative errands and operational support tasks as required
- Handle ad hoc assignments and special projects assigned by supervisors
- Provide backup support to other team members when necessary
