We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor, coach, and trusted partner to leaders across the organization. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on individual contributor role where you'll help drive talent initiatives, strengthen leadership capability, and support an exceptional employee experience while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.


You'll partner with leaders to navigate complex people challenges, develop talent, support organizational growth, and foster a culture where employees can do their best work. 💡What You'll Do

As our Human Resources Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders while helping execute the talent strategies that drive business success.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with leaders across the organization to build high-performing, engaged teams
  • Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, difficult conversations, organizational change, conflict resolution, and leadership effectiveness
  • Lead key talent management initiatives, including performance management, employee development, and retention strategies
  • Support organizational growth through workforce planning, change management, and team effectiveness initiatives
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to enhance manager capability and employee growth
  • Design and implement people programs, policies, and practices that support scalability while preserving our employee-centered culture
  • Provide guidance on employment law, workplace policies, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Leverage workforce data, engagement insights, and people analytics to recommend solutions and influence decision-making
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Benefits, Learning & Development, and business leaders to deliverexceptionalemployee experiences

🧠 What You Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience advising leaders on employee relations, performance concerns, corrective actions, and workplace issues
  • Proven ability to coach leaders on talent decisions, employee development, and team effectiveness
  • Experience supporting or administering performance management programs
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated success partnering with leaders to solve both business and people challenges
  • Excellent judgment and professionalism when managing sensitive and confidential matters
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR execution

Bonus Points

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist, or similar consultative HR role
  • Experience supporting multi-location workforces and/or regulated industries
  • Experience building manager capability through coaching, training, or talent development programs
  • Experience with HR technology platforms, including ADP Workforce Now, Quantum Workplace, or similar systems
