Position Summary

The Human Resources Generalist – Employee Services is responsible for delivering a high-touch, customer-focused employee experience through the administration of employee lifecycle transactions, employee programs, and general HR support services. This position serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and ensures timely, accurate, and compliant administration of HR processes and programs.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities listed below represent the primary duties of this position. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Administer employee transactions, including name changes, address changes, personal information updates, and employment status changes.

  • Prepare and administer telework agreements and maintain related documentation.

  • Coordinate employee offboarding activities, including separation documentation and system updates.

  • Maintain employee files and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and distribute employment verification requests.

  • Assist with new hire documentation and onboarding support activities.

  • Coordinate leave request packets and support leave administration processes.

Employee Programs and Experience

  • Administer employee recognition and milestone programs.

  • Coordinate employee perks, discount programs, and wellness initiatives as assigned.

  • Maintain and administer employee programs such as the Calm App and community leadership initiatives.

  • Coordinate company events and employee engagement activities.

Administrative Support

  • Manage HR inboxes and respond to general employee inquiries.

  • Administer DocuSign processes and maintain electronic records.

  • Process requests for checks, supplies, and departmental administrative needs.

  • Maintain HR documents, forms, and process documentation.

  • Support department projects and process improvement initiatives.

Reporting and Metrics

  • Monitor service-level metrics and employee transaction data.

  • Assist with employee experience reporting and dashboard updates.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.

General Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR leadership to escalate complex employee or organizational issues

  • Participate in departmental initiatives and process improvement efforts

  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee and organizational information

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned, provided such duties are within the employee's qualifications and the employee has received appropriate training, guidance, or resources necessary to perform the work safely and effectively.

  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

  • Must comply with current applicable laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.

Required Qualifications

  • Three (3) or more years of progressively responsible HR experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.
