Under general supervision, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the Senior Director of Human Resources in delivering HR and payroll services to employees in all phases of employment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in HR required.
• A minimum of three years’ generalist HR experience in a midsized organization including employee relations, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration and workers compensation required.
• A minimum of three years’ experience with HRIS required; experience with UKG ready highly preferred.
• A minimum of three years’ experience with Microsoft Office required.
• Must be proficient with other HR-related software programs such as ATS, background screening platforms, training programs, etc.
• Thorough knowledge of HR practices and laws required.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks effectively and timely.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines is required.
• PHR- or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred.
• Payroll certification preferred.
