This role will support key human resources functions including recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring
- Administer and maintain employee records and HR systems
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll, HR administration, recruiting and reporting
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Support employee relations, compliance, and HR policies/procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous HR Generalist experience required
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now required
- Payroll processing and benefit administration experience required
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of LMS and training documentation preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced small business environment
