What You'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers
  • Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and HR programs
  • Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workplace concerns
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Prepare HR reports, employee status changes, compliance documentation, and required state reporting
  • Conduct investigations and assist with corrective action processes when needed
What Success Looks Like
 
On any given day, you may:
  • Advise a manager on an employee relations matter
  • Assist with a performance management conversation
  • Answer employee questions regarding benefits or policies
  • Support the onboarding of new team members
  • Complete compliance reporting and HR documentation
  • Help improve processes that enhance the employee experience
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or states preferred
  • HRIS experience preferred
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
