Position Overview: Action Plumbing, Heating & Electric is searching for a personable and customer service-focused administrative assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for fielding customer calls, scheduling HVAC technicians in the field, acquiring permits, assisting with A/R, and many other tasks as they arise. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between customers and technicians to schedule HVAC installations and service calls
- Assist with billing and invoices
- Work with local cities and municipalities to pull permits as needed
- Provide world-class customer support for inbound and outbound calls
- Greet and assist in-person customers
- Follow up with customers to collect accounts receivable
- Printing, Filing, and other administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain an efficient and conducive work environment
