About the Role:

As our HVAC Product Manager, you will own the product direction for key HVAC categories, from product selection and positioning to launch support, training and ongoing performance growth. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, purchasing, operations, suppliers, and technical teams to drive profitable growth and create strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive category growth: Identify product opportunities, improve positioning, and support strategies that help increase sales and margin.
  • Support the sales team: Equip sales and branch teams with product knowledge, launch details, competitive advantages, and customer-facing talking points.
  • Manage product lifecycle: Oversee products from selection and launch through improvement, repositioning, or retirement.
  • Analyze customers and competitors: Track customer needs, market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings to guide smart product decisions.
  • Build vendor partnerships: Work with suppliers to support product availability, cost competitiveness, quality, training, and launch execution.
  • Improve performance: Monitor product results, resolve issues, and recommend improvements that increase customer satisfaction and profitability.
