✨ What You’ll Do
As a Hygiene Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping our hygiene team create exceptional patient experiences from start to finish.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Assisting the hygienist during hygiene procedures and patient care
- Preparing patients for exams and treatments
- Taking high-quality digital X-rays
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and operatories
- Setting up trays and preparing materials for procedures
- Supporting patient education and comfort throughout visits
- Performing various lab duties and assisting with provisionals as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and protecting patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
- Following OSHA, infection control, and safety protocols at all times

📋 Qualifications
- Dental Assistant Certification (where required)
- X-ray Certification
- Nitrous Oxide Certification preferred
- Assisted hygiene experience preferred (1–2 years minimum)
- Current OSHA, HIPAA, BLS, and Infection Control training
- Experience with dental software systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
