Now Hiring for the Following Positions:

Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Starting Pay: $19.00 – $20.44 per hour

DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support that empowers individuals to live independently, build daily living skills, and actively engage in their communities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while building a rewarding career.

Qualifications:
 • High School Diploma or GED required
 • Valid Driver’s License strongly preferred
 • Strong communication and technology skills
 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus

Medical Support Professional (MSP)
Starting Pay: $20.04 – $21.48 per hour

MSPs provide hands-on support focused on health, wellness, safety, and daily care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others thrive.

Qualifications:
 • High School Diploma or GED required
 • Previous experience supporting individuals with I/DD preferred
 • Valid Driver’s License strongly preferred
 • Commitment to professional growth and teamwork

Available Shifts:
 • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
 • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
 • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
 • Split shifts and flexible per diem schedules available
