Job Description

Assertive Yield is seeking an experienced In-App Sales Executive to lead new business development across the mobile app ecosystem. This role is dedicated to selling our AI-powered In-App Prebid Server platform, Machine Learning Traffic Shaping, and Dynamic Flooring solutions to mobile app publishers, native app developers, and select mobile-focused SSPs. 



Working directly with monetization, product, engineering, and advertising-focused leadership at prospect organizations, you will help mobile app companies improve revenue, increase operational efficiency, and optimize auction performance through advanced server-side technology.



What You'll Do

  • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound pipeline development through discovery, demos, negotiation, and close with a primary focus on large Android and iOS app publishers, native app developers, and mobile SSPs. 
  • You'll build and manage a strong pipeline through research, referrals, industry conferences, networking, and creative outreach, while running high-quality demos that translate Assertive Yield's optimization technology into clear commercial outcomes. 
  • Leading publisher and SSP-facing conversations around programmatic monetization, mediation strategy, Prebid Mobile, SDK onboarding, auction performance, header bidding, and yield optimization will be central to the role, as will forecasting accurately and maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene throughout your pipeline.



Cross-Functional Collaboration

This role sits at the center of a highly collaborative go-to-market motion. You'll work closely with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful onboarding, operational alignment, and long-term account growth. And you'll partner with these same teams on strategic GTM initiatives, including publisher presentations, monetization recommendations, case studies, and market intelligence. 

You'll also represent Assertive Yield externally at industry conferences, client meetings, webinars, and networking events, helping position the company as a sophisticated, publisher-first alternative to legacy monetization platforms.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B tech sales experience (AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS strongly preferred), ideally with direct experience selling to mobile app publishers, native app developers, or SSPs.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile in-app programmatic ecosystem, including SDKs, mediation, header bidding, Prebid Mobile, and major mobile SSPs and exchanges.
  • Familiarity with major gaming and mobile monetization platforms such as AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay, AdMob, and Unity, along with rewarded and interstitial monetization strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, with a consultative approach to navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Existing relationships across the mobile app publisher and SSP ecosystem are strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with experience selling across the US and/or EMEA markets.
