Join a team that values collaboration, accountability, and sustainability. As an Inbound Recycling Specialist, you�ll play a key role in ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and reconciliation of inbound recycling materials across our network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process inbound recycling and toll grinding transactions accurately and on time
  • Ensure proper documentation, system entry, and inventory tracking
  • Reconcile activity through month-end close and resolve discrepancies
  • Review and validate freight costs
  • Coordinate with recyclers, toll grinders, and internal teams
  • Support purchase orders, reporting, and compliance requirements

What You Bring

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment
  • Experience with inventory, purchase orders, and reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
  • Proficiency in Excel; JDE experience a plus
  • Team-focused mindset with strong communication skills
