Part-Time Evening Industrial Cleaning Associate – Clinton, ILPay: $16.50/hour

Looking for a dependable part-time evening job with a company that values its employees?

ESS Clean is hiring a Part-Time Industrial Cleaning Associate to help keep a local Clinton facility clean, safe, and well-maintained. If you enjoy working independently, take pride in a job well done, and are looking for a consistent evening schedule, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 2.5-hour evening shifts
• Start time: 5:30 PM or later

What You'll Do

As part of our team, you'll help maintain a clean and healthy work environment by:

• Emptying trash and transporting it to designated disposal areas
• Dusting surfaces, wiping down high-touch areas, and cleaning glass
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms while restocking supplies
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors
• Organizing and maintaining cleaning equipment and supply areas
• Restocking paper products and cleaning supplies
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to your Area Manager
• Communicating with the customer through a site logbook
• Performing other routine cleaning duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated individuals
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is helpful but not required—we provide training!
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
