Join a growing EPCM firm and play a critical role in the success of
large-scale mining and industrial construction projects across Arizona, Utah,
Nevada, and the Southwestern United States.
Working directly on major project sites, you will play a central role in
delivering complex EPCM mandates while contributing to building a strong,
disciplined execution platform that supports BBA’s long-term growth in the U.S.
As an Industrial Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the
overall execution of construction activities on sites. Typically deployed
full-time at the project site, the role oversees construction planning,
contractor coordination, contract administration, material receiving, quality
assurance and control, health and safety compliance, and coordination with
engineering and commissioning teams. The Industrial Construction Manager also
serves as the primary site interface with the client and key stakeholders.

requirements
experience in industrial construction (EPCM or similar environment)
Frequent / rotation depending on project needs
experience working on-site in construction leadership roles
ability to manage schedules, budgets and construction performance
leadership and team management experience
in mining, metals or heavy industry
on large capital or EPCM projects
working in the U.S. construction environment
with contract administration and project controls
many factors when determining the annual base salary, including location, market,
education, relevant and demonstrated work experience, technical assessment,
qualifications, certifications and other relevant skills.
