Job Responsibilities:
- Use accepted industrial engineering and accounting principles to develop, implement, and maintain total manufacturing standards.
- Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to assist operations in meeting strategic objectives.
- Lead Kaizen events and projects to support company goals and objectives
- Enact quality control procedures to resolve productivity flow problems or minimize cost.
- Drive sustained improvements through the utilization of Continuous Improvement techniques: process flows, operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Assist in determining optimal shop floor layouts, product flow strategies, assembly methods, ergonomics, material handling, etc.
- Perform time and motion studies to develop standards for labor utilizationon.
