Key Responsibilities:

• Operate an Industrial Band Saw to produce Superior Industries' products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment, report major repair or maintenance needs, and ensure optimal operation to minimize downtime.
• Cut materials according to prints and complete job orders on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Operate related equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, as required, following all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other duties as assigned.

Night Shift 

• 4:00pm - 4:30am Monday - Thursday
• $3.00 Night Shift Differential

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial band saws with a strong focus on safety
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Skilled in basic math, miters, and precise measurement using a tape measure to 1/16”
• Knowledge of daily preventive maintenance and general equipment care
• General mechanical understanding
• Strong communication skills and openness to coaching
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines
